DELIVERY POLICY

For all orders over €75 except large items such as Mobility Scooters and Chairs, there is free delivery. Mobility Scooters and Chairs require shipment by pallet and require, specific delivery outside of regular courier.

For some customers, you might prefer for our engineer to deliver and install as well as perform a demo of your purchased item, depending on your location nationwide, a custom price can be arranged. Please ring the shop at 025-24656 to inquire more about engineer delivery, install and demo options.

RETURNS POLICY

O’Sullivans Mobility Aids  makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt and return the package within a reasonable time, for a replacement to be sent.

If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs.

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on toileting, incontinence, showering or bedding products.

If you have not received your order within 28 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

You can return your old product to our store or warehouse. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge (One for zero basis) as long as we sell equivalent batteries. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. A list of recycling centres can be here. All WEEE and waste batteries and lights must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries. Visit WEEE website to learn more.
